Annapurna Circuit Thorongla Pass

Annapurna Circuit Trekking is one of the most popular treks in Nepal. The area presents an excellent cross-section of Nepal and offers spectacular mountain scenery. Heading north to the main Himalayan range the trail follows Marshyangdi valley, crosses snow covered Throng La Pass (5416m.), crossing Muktinath, an important site of pilgrimage for Hindus and Buddhists, it returns to Pokhara via Kali Gandaki river; the deepest gorge in the World. This trekking trail is categorized as one of the best trekking trails in the world.

Itinerary From Kathmandu to Kathmandu
Day 01

Early morning drive to Besisahar (793m) from Kathmandu. The drive is about 7 Hrs.
Day 02 Trek from Besisahar to Bahundanda (1398m). 6-7 Hours.
Day 03 Trek from Bahundanda to Jagat  (1290m). 6-7 Hours.
Day 04 Trek from Jagat to Tal (1680m). 6-7 Hours.
Day 05 Trek from Tal to Bagarchhap (2164m). 6-7 Hours.
Day 06 Trek from Bagarchhap to Chame (2713m). 5-6 Hours.
Day 07 Trek from Chame to Upper Pisang (3060m). 6-7 Hours.
Day 08

Trek from Upper Pisang to Braga (3360m) visiting Gharu (3700m) and Ngawal (4000m) villages. 7-8 Hours.
Day 09

Trek from Braga to Manang (3440m) with Braga Monastery (3400m) and Milarepa Cave (4500m) visit.
Day 10 Explore Manang and Surroundings.
Day 11 Trek from Manang to Churi Ledar (4250m). 6-7 Hours.
Day 12 Trek from Churi Ledar to Throng High Camp (4800m) 6-7 Hours.
Day 13 Trek from Throng High Camp, crossing Throng La 5416m, to Muktinath. 7-8 Hours.
Day 14 Trek from Muktinath (3760m) to Kagbeni (2800m) 3-4 Hours.
Day 15 Trek from Kagbeni to Marpha (2660m) 5-6 Hours.
Day 16 Trek from Marpha to Kalopani (2530m) 5-6 Hours.
Day 17 Trek from Kalopani to Tatopani (1190m) 6-7 Hours.
Day 18 Trek from Tatopani to Chitre (2350m) 6-7 Hours.
Day 19 Trek from Shikha to Ghorepani (3000m) and Visit Poon Hill (3210m) 4-5 Hours.
Day 20 Trek from Ghorepani to Hille (1520m) 5-6 Hours.
Day 21 Trek from Hille to Nayapul 2-3 Hours. Drive to Kathmandu 8 hrs or Pokhara 2 hrs.
